5. Cooking

Until now we have been here for 3 weeks which means a quarter of our whole journey, but my things is still fire-new to us one of which is cooking.

At first most of our stomachs were filled with many kinds of fast food like Burger King, Arbey's and so on which we have never seen before but is really tasty and fresh to our Chinese. Many of us even found that every restaurant's fries can be as appetizing as mcdonald's same product or even better. Even though, we are born in a different culture which has lots of difference included food of course. So that's why we can not rely on fast food all day and determine to cook a Chinese dinner for ourselves to get the feeling of hometown back.

This weekend we confidently started a process of cooking with materials buying from a Chinese supermarket. But for the first dish we became confused  because of none of us have done this before which made me start to find how weak we are leaving our parents and set my mind to improve myself to be a man who can make his living. Although we are not good at cooking but we are not stupid, after comparing many different ways of making that dish on the Internet we finally draw a conclusion to follow one easiest method. What's more, all three dishes we made are all follow this procedure--First ,searching on the Internet; Second, talk to decide which is viable with so little material we have; Third, I cut the vegetable and meet in pieces; At last we put all of them in the pool and waiting for the naissance of our production.

Which is lucky that all of them taste good and give us confident to improve them and do a cooking next time. I think none of us can forget that interesting and challenging dinner.
